There is a great deal of friction between "professional" nudists and sexual nudists. If you indulge in sexual behaviour amongst "professional" nudists, you will be crucified. There's plenty of sexual activity on every nude beach, just be discreet if you feel the need. Finding a secluded spot isn't hard to do on most beaches. Open, public sexual activity is an invite to outrage and police appearance, and resulting charges, which can be embarrassing and costly.

In NSW the penalty for behaviour like this is arrest and charge or a $200 on the spot infringement for 'Offensive Conduct'.

The bigger penalty may be paid by law abiding free beach users who may lose yet another legally gazetted nude beach as a result of idiots who should get a room.
