I have never walked past clothed people on a beach while nude, but I did ride my bike though downtown Toronto wearing nothing but shoes and a smile. It was exhillerating, and freeing. Many of the people in the group were either members of FCN , AANR, or other nudist groups. Most of the clothed people we passed were cheering, and we even had a few people from the crowd join us.
I actually felt quite comfortable walking from one end of Orient Beach to the other totally naked...well, I was wearing my Tilley and sandals ( I carried a wrap just in case I needed it).
I strolled into shops along the way as if it was quite natural and no one told me to get out or cover up. Some people did point to their friends that I was naked, but that was all.
I felt even better when I was naked for three hours with over 2000 other naked people for the Buffalo Spencer Tunick installation. For that, we weren't allowed to wear anything and our feet were black after, from the dirt on the floor.
