I just want to say that I think naturist beaches are healthier to children and youths since it gives them an opportunity to feel more atease with their changing bodies.

People argue that they are seen nude by other but I think there are atleast the same amount of looking on a textile beach. If the nudity makes the difference why do we go to naturist beaches in the first place? To me naturism is not about sex!

Just my opinion. Please write whether you agree or disagree!

My son became a naturist aged 12 and he has enjoyed every part of it who are we to decide the age of a persons first time Yes i agree that there are a few adults out there that will use naturisim to abuse the system but it a very small minority and if parents are aware and make the children aware then its unlikly to be a problem lets not get to paranoid here leave that to the press

If a child obviuously that means under 18 is expose to nudism in its wholesomeness, then he/she can accept their own body as it is.I say that would be great and should be encouraged

Nudism IS NOT equated to sex!! Although, for the most part, we need to be nude to enjoy sex. If you have a problem with ANYONE attending a true nudist resort because of age, then you need to take a look to see why you are really there your self. As long as children are tought the difference between the nudist lifestyle & the peverted lifestyle of sexual prediters, I think there will be no problems with them attending nudist events & resorts. When the know the difference, they can communicate with responsible adults if someone of ANY age trys to abuse them. KNOWLEDGE is POWER!! "Teach Your Children Well!"

I understand the concern of the community when it comes to children, but are we becoming obsessive about every person who enjoys the freedom of being naked and enjoying this type of lifestyle and that we are all perverts.

I have been to several "Family Nudist Resorts" where there have been many young kids and teenagers. All of them were nude as was everyone else. No one paid any particular attention to the kids att all. I don't think there is a safer place for young kids than att a Family Nudist Resort. In fact there is no hint of sexuality att all in any nudist resort I have been to. If you really want to put your kids in harms way and expose them to all sorts of sexuality then allow them to attend any one of the public schools. It is in the schools that the kids are the most vulnerable be it from the pervert teachers or the unabated sexual activity with other kids. Just my two cents....
Spelling errors are due to the silly games one has to play to get some words into a sentence.

i really cant see a problem with any age going to nudist clubs, if they are in a family, then they are all used to it, i can remember when we where allowed to take photos of your kids, in the bath, or on the beach, but now we cant, as people think their is something wrong with it, people should relax a little, and go back to the older days.

I know that all camps or resorts will treat genuine nudist with respect. They will not put up with anyone that shows intrest in younger persons. That is an imeidiate dissmissal for those type of people.

I understand what your saying but there has to be some limits to what can be allowed on an easily accessable form of information.
I was watching a tv show about an 18 year old girl from the UK. During the program she was filmed watching a naturist film with 2 other adults which is fine, but the was an unusual amount of footage of young children, which in the wrong hands can be deemed harmful. And these films are easily accessible if they know where to look.
If you have children and have raised them to be nudists fine but would you let other people film and take photos of them and be used in videos or photographic promotions.

If we are going to be nudists, support the nudist lifestyle, how can we put an age limit on it? We talk about how we were raised with shame and guilt over nudity, and how we feel that was wrong, yet we would not want those under 16 or so to be nudists? We cannot have it both ways. Make your choice.

As to them posting here on the website, are we again being hypocritical in that we say nudism or naturism is OK, being nude among others (although in private clubs, etc) is acceptable, just do not talk about it on the Internet? Your warnings about the dangers are warranted, but life is a risk, crossing the street is a risk, driving is a risk (I know of a number of friends and family who were killed in auto accidents; yet others who died of natural causes while still relatively young). Maybe some safeguards can be justified, but if we allow children to be nude, we cannot then turn around and limit them in other ways, not beyond how we limit them normally.
