There are several locations in your (our) area for nude/clothing optional recreation. I just attended a swim social for PhiNu (Philly Nudists). The TSC hold their monthly nude or c/o swims in Paramus, NJ. And the Long Island Travasuns hold a monthly swim in Wantagh, NY (very close to the NJ border). You also have the CODINNERS group which hold nude/ clothing optional dinners at select NYC area restaurants.
If you'd like further info, please feel free to drop me a line.
I am a nudist in san antonio. I worked in new orleans for katrina. i lived in slidell at a nudist park in my travel trailer for four months. the people there were great. there was some public sex going on and yes, i got involved in some of it but no one had a problem with it. If i get the chance i will stay at a nudist park again as long as i can. i do love going to the beach and be able to go naked for the whole weekend, it's nice
My story is very much like stomper69. Experimenting on my own on secluded hiking trails. Then I made the plunge and visited local clubs. That was when I became hooked! Social nudity I found to be extremely liberating. I just can?t get enough of it. A couple of months ago I took my first nude vacation to Paradise Lakes for five days. Five days without clothes! That was the ultimate. I never wanted to leave. Shadow2 I hope this helps.
I go to a weekly nude swim & sauna club, but I have yet to get naked outdoors in the countryside or the beach. Would be great to find someone to go outdoors with as it might be a lonely experience otherwise, and I prefer to share mine!
I too, wanted to be nude in nature and had to find a way to "do it".So I hiked some trails nearby and after some time found a place where I felt somewhat comfortable, shed my clothes and began walking. It was great! But because of laws and such,I was very nervous doing so.I then decided once and for all,to go to a club or resort. It was there that I found that, without that worry about the law,I could be comfortable around others .In a club or resort you don't have the anxiety of being "caught".You are able to be free without fear that others will judge you, just because you prefer not to wear clothes.Go to the AANR website and find the nearest club in your area, then visit that place and you will know that you're with friends.
I was a "public" nudist before I married, age 26. Then, I worked for the tel co. (can't say p-h-o-n-e)and lived nudely w/a camper by a pond each summer. Took walks by the river, in spite of the mosquitoes. Attended a weekly nude group sauna.
Had to drop all that, because both 1st and current wife both knew that only slim women attended. They would be rejected for bulges. (Maybe true?) I long to find a group who will accept my fair lady, in which she will be able to socialize and feel a-home (can't say a-t).
I have had to seek those rare moments alone, where I'm sure nobody will see me, like a pervert, out for a nude walk.
We don't have any forest here in the desert, so you can see for miles. And I fear snakes.
So it's like I'm a neophyte again. Lost in a world of clothed people.
Like Shadow2, I'm trying to find nudisy clubs/gatherings. Kiving in NJ, I've been to Gunnison Beach several times, but don'r know od anything else. Beong a single (acrually separated) guy doesn't help according to some of the other forums. Any info out there for anything in NJ?
We have been to several resorts. Really enjoy being with friends nakid. Some nudist friends are also swingers so That is sometimes an added bonus. We all know that not all nudist are swingers and not all swingers are nudist.
