Any Real Nudists Here?? Message board Forward to friends

I am new to this forum and have been reading the forum issues. One big issue seems to be the lack of genuine nudists here. Some profiles are definitely fakes with 'borrowed' photos and others make it clear that they are not here for anything remotely related to nudism. With some exception, are there any real, genuine, honest nudists here who actually reply to polite e-mail and chat with others? Are there any nudists who will eventually meet other nudists from this forum? Just looking over all of the profiles, it seems that the majority of women don't reply and so I was wondering if honest nudist guys really belong here???

Well, I think I'm a true nudist, even though I've been only doing it for a week and half.  I've really enjoyed the freedom of clothes, and while I am certainly looking for that special woman who is also into nudism, I'm not here just for sex, but for the whole relationship.  There's a lot more to a serious relationship than a roll in the hay.

As for lack of pictures in profile, some of us have careers that would be derailed if our employers were to find out we were nudists, just because there's still the incorrect concept out there that nudism = sex, which isn't true.  Until society start accepting nudism more fully, we still need to keep ourselves in the closet somewhat.

Hi Sunman, I am a genuine nudest here in the UK. I have been going to UK beaches & naturist club meetings for around 15 years now.

I was the the chairman of my my local naturist club for three years & enjoyed being able to move the club forward & promote naturism in the local area. I even got myself on the local breakfast radio show on a couple of occasions.

So, the answer to your question is, yes, there are.

Yes I know what you mean, Trying to fine someone that is into the life style is hard to fine. I was hopeing when I join this site I would be able to fineone that close to where I live so we could go to resort that I belone to here in North Texas. But ever one I found so far has not been on in over a month or two, or three. For now I just trying to fine someone that has been on this site just in the pass few days. LOL

i'm a genuine nudist and although I like to be nude 24/7. My nudity does not take over my life so i'm on this site for social interaction, to find likeminded friends and maybe that very special lady friend who i'm sure is out there somewhere.
However I do agree it is difficult being a single nudist guy trying to sort out the genuine from the fakes.

soberlady it seems to me you are the only mature one on here....all I have read sounds like children.....any healthy mature man/woman seeing the opposite sex will definately think of sex sooner or later....there is nothing more beautiful than a beautiful woman naked...I do not condone unwanted or unwaranted approches or hit-ons but come on people we are adults...I am a true nudist and thats why i carry a towel with me...

Hi... I'm a real nudist.. although I have been accused of not being a real nudist because I have not posted a nude photo...

I have been a nudist for about 18 years now and enjoy the textile free lifestyle when ever and wherever I can legally. I think it is a shame that this site has become a site filled with sexual interests rather than the interest in a natural point of view. I am not a prude by any means, but to me... being a nudist does not equate everything to sex. I appreciate that there are men out there that share my point of view, and I like you, would love to meet someone to have a relationship with; however, your chances are much better than mine. Many more West Coast people on this site than Northeast Coast people. I do travel and have met friends through this site from time to time so all is not lost. Perhaps you will do the same.. Good luck!

It has been quite some time since I have been to this site and so I thought it time to ask the question again: Are there any REAL nudists here on this site??? If so, what are you looking for - friendship, relationship, etc???

Let me make an addition to my last message post. It might be interpetted the wrong way. I'm not here looking for just sex, rather trying my options to find a woman who also loves to live nude to possibly date. Seems the only ones who show any interest are gay men. I'm not gay, not that there's anything wrong with that, but I'm straight. I may have confused everyone even more with this, but I hope you all understand where I'm coming from.

I'm a real nudist, being nude as often as possible. Always nude in my house, or in the fenced portion of my backyard, etc. I was led to believe this was a site for nudist men and woman to find each other for dating and such, as well as friends, pen pals, and such. Also am a member of TNS, and a local nudist club. Anyways, enough ranting, I always have been and always will be a true nudist. Thanks.

So few people seem to post anything in this forum considering the large number of 'members' on this site. Of those who reply, it seems to be the same small group of people who contribute over and over again. Does anyone have any ideas to share as to how we can get more forum members to post for the different forum topics?

    Hey Tanrambler,

The Magic Circle is the nudist area out on the BLM land near Quartzsite, AZ., a couple hours west of Phoenix. The BLM area is a really primitive camping (boondocking) area.

Sorry to say that I don't recognize the magic circle pic. If I was aware of the number of naturists spots while I was still out west, I may still be there. whY did I leave it all behind? ~ tanrambler

Hello Tanrambler. That photo was taken in Arizona, about 25 miles south of Page at the viewpoint on highway 89. My former girlfriend and I were on our annual "migration" from AZ to Alberta, Canada last spring when she snapped that one.

    Do you recognize this location?

Hey, Rails where did you take that pic. I used to live in New Mexico I even had a owboy as a trailer-mate. I sure miss that scenery. But I missed the ocean more.

I consider myself a real nudist. It did take time to become comfortable with myself. I think I missed to much in my younger years by always seeking places away from others because I thought I needed to loose weight. I have come to realize I will probably never look like some of these guys and putting off nudist experiences with or at least near others wasn't going to change that.

If anyone is in doubt whether to give it a try, don't put it off. You're not getting any younger. The trails get longer and those sand dunes get taller each trip I make and every trip is worth it.

    Hi All,

I consider myself a real nudist, as well. So much so that I have set up my life so as to reside in nudist communities full time. It's an environment that tends to develop lasting and true friendships, and a sense of belonging in the community.

Nudists tend to be "real" people, comfortable in their own skin, and with who they are.

I would never live anywhere else if I can avoid it!

I am a newcomer here and also have wondered about the things you all have. Given that nudists (at least the long-term ones) are supposed to be more comfortable with their physical selves, I think the lack of ANY profile pictures on behalf of some of the posters here is suspicious, especially when the profiles themselves are incomplete. I reported about four after the first search, either because the profiles looked too good to be true, or just didn't seem right, or the picture was wildly inappropriate (one in schoolgirl uniform, one face-only picture that looked so young it was scary). Now I admit that nobody should be obliged to pos themselves in the buff, even if they're happy being that way in front of others, but no pictures at all? Strange.

HOWEVER, while I know well that nudism does not equal sexual 'promiscuity' (or the desire for it), I also cannot deny the right of nudists (male or female) to play the sexual field with other nudists (in preference to the clothed), just as non-nudists do.

Just wondering why so few are active in posting messages in this forum as there are so many different topics? Are sharing thoughts and ideas not a good way to get to know others?

A real nudist is generally defined as someone who enjoys being nude either at home or in a social setting such as a club or the beach. Someone who takes a nude shower would not be considered a nudist. A real nudist feels relaxed, comfortable, and at peace with himself/herself when being nude. A real nudist accepts their body with all of its imperfections and does not feel the need to hide it with clothes. Nudism is not about sex. Nudism is also not about anything other then the enjoyment of being nude. There certainly are other lifestyles and interests such as swinging or exhibitionism and those who practice nudism can surely be part of other lifestyles. However, these types af activities are seperate from being a nudist. AANR or TNS best define and explain what a real nudist is.

    Eaudenatural,

I read your reply and you mention that you would reply if REAL nudists sent you an email. I am curious as to what kinds of emails you are receiving? Are ALL of the emails that you have received so far either impolite or discuss 'non-nudist' topics?
